The city of Lerina is a city on an island--not considered a part of any particular country. The city is known for its odd mishaps and strange happenings. The extremely large city is home to the world's demons and creatures of the night. Most of the citizens are completely unaware of the happenings around them, but a whole world of change has begun.
The werewolves and vampires have begun to feud over the city's many hang out spots. Neither side is giving ground and more people are falling prey to the war. It has never been this bad before, and people are beginning to notice that something is up. The Supernatural Control Agency (SNCA) are finding their hands are full trying to exterminate those individuals committing so many crimes and murders. Here, the poor Ghouls are caught in the middle trying to mediate....
