It was almost midnight and the forest was dark. Only dim lights from the city could be seen among the thick trees. RoLexia was thirsty, and she needed to hunt, right now. She concentrated on the scents in the forest but could barely smell any animals. Some kind of forest, she thought to herself, chuckling.
Tired, climbed onto a tall tree and perched herself on its branches. That way, no one could spot her in the darkness, and it would be easier to find her prey.

Kayla entered the forest her vampiric senses on high. Their was the smell of animals all around. She ran with a swiftness of a predatory animal which she was in her own way. She saw the deer before it moved in the night. She lunged letting the deer give chase which she did she trailed it into the forest deeper and deeper. She jumped into the trees and jumped from one to the other. She moved and the deer slowed as it noticed it wasnt being followed on the ground and with that she lunged grabbing the deer by the neck and biting down immediatly breaking the wind pipe the deers' struggles were useless and it soon died. She let her fangs sink in where she enjoyed the sweet taste of the metallic blood.

RoLexia stiffened as she smelled another vampire scent. But who? She asked herself. Besides that scent, she could also smell…blood. Fresh blood. She jumped down from the tree, and followed the scent, running like a ghost through the forest. She stopped as she saw a female vampire, sucking the blood of a deer. Where’d she get that? She wondered to herself. RoLexia took a step forwards, but then stopped and stayed where she was. Maybe after she finishes drinking, she could hunt with me? She thought in her mind.
RoLexia stood in the shadows, waiting for the woman to finish with the deer…

Hearing the footsteps behind her Kayla stiffened and removed her fangs from the deers neck she had her fill now. The blood trickled down her mouth and she wiped it away from her mouth. She turned to see her vamp company after she could smell this one a mile away. She watched the girl with stromy grey eyes and stepped in front of her kill in a possesive stance and a hiss erupted from her lips in a warning. She looked at the girl a good long moment after she noticed she wasnt here for a fight so she spoke " yes may I help you."

RoLexia hid a small smirk as the woman hissed at her. “I’m not here to fight,” she said, still smiling. ‘Yes may I help you?’ asked the woman. “Yes, I’m sure you can,” she replied, keeping her gaze on the woman. “You see, I’m not really a fantastic hunter as my senses are really horrible. So, would you mind hunting with me?” she asked. Even though RoLexia had hundreds of years to gain experience, she wasn’t really the type to go on a severe hunt for animals. Usually in the places that she had stayed, there were plentiful wildlife, so she needn’t rely on her senses.

Kayla sheathed her fangs behind her full lips and smiled a coy smile. She shrugged when she said she wasnt here for a fight and she said " better safe than sorry." Kayla relaxed " I guess I could help you" she said watching the girl she doubly didnt have very good hunting skills or her senses werent at their peak. She paced back and forth sniffing her surroundings she smiled " wow you need help theres a pile of animals over this way" she said looking back at the girl.

‘Better safe than sorry’ the woman said. RoLexia smiled at her warmly when the woman agreed to help her. ‘There’s a pile of animals over this way’ the woman told her. Lex followed her into the deep forest. Quietly and swiftly, they ran through the forest without making a sound. Finally, after running for a few seconds, they reached an open meadow. Out in the meadow, there were more than twenty deer, grazing grass. “On the count of three, okay?” she whispered quietly to the woman. “One, two, three!” she said as she dashed out of the thick trees.
(OCC: I'm incredibly sorry for posting so late.. i was really busy doing my hw)

Kayla stayed close to the girl. Upon seeing the girl dash off she had to shake her head all she did was spook the herd. Too late now Kayla thought and headed off to cut off the deers' path. She cornered three deer and sent them in fear straight at RoLexia. She finally got one all by itself and lunged at it scaring it starigh on at RoLexia " get it" she yelled slowing her pace breath quicker after she had ran all that time. Her muscles burned where she ran more than normal but she would alright later on. She watched to se if RoLexia could get it.

RoLexia ran as fast as she could to get the herd of deer. She gave a small smile as the woman sent three deer straight at her. ‘Get it’ she heard the woman shout. Oh I will, she said in her mind. One thing is for sure about RoLexia. Her sensing skills may not be great, but her speed is the best. After all, she had hundreds of years to gain it. Since she only had two hands, she ran towards the three deer that were running towards her, and lunged for two with her hands.
The other ‘lucky’ deer ran off, leaving her with two. Swiftly, she broke both the deer’s neck with her hands. “Got it,” she smiled at the woman. Before going to thank her friend, she drank the deer’s blood first. Mmm…It tastes so good, she thought to herself. She drank until she couldn’t feel even one slight bit of thirst, then she stopped. She wiped the blood trickling down from her chin with her hand. She stood up and faced the woman. “That was fun. Wasn’t it?” she asked the woman, smiling.

Kayla approched the girl seeing she had the deer and she had fed within a few minutes. She stood there watched RoLexia even if Kaylas' hunger was sated at the moment she was bored out of her mind and the deer chase wasnt that fun after doing it twice in one evening.Seeing the girl wipe the blood Kayal had a flash back of her life when she was just a beginner but she was taught quickly by her father she was born a vamp so it wasnt unordinary for her to have stronger senses than recently turned vamps. " I guess it was thrilling" she said with an exasperated sigh.

RoLexia grinned at Kayla when she said that the deer hunt was thrilling. “Mmhmm,” she said, clearly not believing a word of it. “I know your lying. I can read your mind,” she said playfully. But it was true though. Being a vampire had given her a lot of advantages. Reading minds and the speed was her favorite. “So, did you want to go for a more exhilarating hunt?” she asked. What would be interesting?? She asked herself. “Oh, I got it! Let’s try and find out where the werewolves in this town stay. I’ve gotten their scent a few times…But uh… I’m a bad tracker,” she told Kayla, smiling sheepishly.

Kayla grinned she couldnt help the girl had read her but atleast she was off to a good start. " Oh ok I give you win yes it wasnt exhilirating" she said. Kayla liked all her powers given that she was stronger than this girl she could also herlp RoLexia sharpen her skills to a fine point where to one would think her weak. Like most vamps you need to start on something small and make your way up to the bigger badder things. Upon hearing her ask if they could find werewolves Kaylas' eyes widened a bit " you must have a death wish cause they will most likely kill vamps on site I aint gonna lie they arent stupid and hell they can keep up with the fastest of vamps" she said a frown upon her brow.

Kayla said that Rolexia must have a death wish to find the werewolves, and that they weren’t stupid and could keep up with the fastest of vampires. “Alright, Kayla. Chill. It was just a suggestion,” she said. “Then what do you propose we do for fun? Hunt some more?” she asked. There were only a few hunting sites here, and most of the animals were deer. Nothing dangerous or fun. Unless of course they were to go out of Forest City. It was possible, seeing as how fast they could run. “Okay, here’s another. How about we go out of Forest City and find another challenging prey?” she suggested. It was a good idea, but RoLexia didn’t know where they could go. Perhaps maybe Kayla knew…

Kayla smiled a smile that didnt reach her eyes " this is calm" she said saracsticly. " I dont know what to do maybe something that want get us killed" she said. She looked at RoLexia long and hard " ok sure we can leave the City I will tag along for the fun of it " she said. Kayla stood before RoLexia her power hidden deep inside "besides this could be a good time for you to inhance you powers" Kayla said. Looking out in the forest she sensed everything that was living and dead but she heard the beings hearts beat and the blood rushing through their veins which made her shudder for the bloodlust was just that strong.

RoLexia grinned at Kayla when she agreed to leave the city. “Yes! Thanks Kayla!” she grinned widely, showing her sharpened and venomous teeth. “When do we leave?” she asked eagerly. RoLexia has never ever been hunting with another vampire before. It was always they wanted to hunt themselves, or she was too weak for them. Now she’ll show them, after learning a thing or two from Kayla that is. Lexi licked her lips and tasted the blood. It tasted really good and she longed for more. But she knew she had to be patient, or she could easily lose control and kill anyone.
